Shipping Terms

• Safe shipping is our priority, hence, SHiU uses all the leading courier companies for shipment.
• We like to keep our customers happy, thus shipping is free for the products sold more than Rs.1000.

Delivery time

• Your order will be shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days.
• Delivery time is also subject to unforeseen/unexpected events like transport delay, bad weather or anything that is beyond our control.

Tracking

• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Sometimes due to system updating, you may receive the tracking number couple of days later from the date of order.
• If you are still unable to track the order, you may please call us.

Lost courier

• Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing the order. SHiU is not liable, unless the error is from our side.

Damaged delivery

• Customers are requested to report damaged delivery with 24 hours from the time of receipt of order.
• Customer should provide pictures of the damaged product while placing the complaint.

Cancellation of order placed

• Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
• Cancellation after shipment is discretional.
